Crystalbrook Pastoral, comprised of Crystalbrook Station and sister stations, Silkwood Station and Menavale Station, is central to Crystalbrook Collection and its attitude. We're focused on expanding our business across the pastoral industry and pursuing opportunities to substantially increase our investment in the Queensland industry. 

Keeping it local

You know what they say? If you want something done right, do it yourself. So we did. At the heart of our business is the desire to create remarkable memories and unique experiences for our people. We're a hotel group that farms our own beef, bringing a unique 'farm to table' experience in Cairns, Australia. Dine at any of our restaurants and try our Crystalbrook signature beef, bred from Crystalbrook Station and delivered to your fork. Take me there. 

Breeding program 

Our pastures play host to over 4,000 head of Brangus cattle. Brangus, a cross between an Angus and a Brahman, are bred at Crystalbrook Station for their tough nature and quality meat. Our superior breeding practices ensure that the beef supplied from Crystalbrook Station is some of the finest beef available in Australia or anywhere in the world. The pastoral managers on each station have set top-tier standards across the operation.
